Founded in 2018, Gym Service Solutions, is a "Family Owned" reputable company with over 23 years of experience and was just expanded from the "East Coast". I provide service and repair on virtually every make & model fitness equipment along with gymnasium inspection & repairs. The company and techs are highly experienced in commercial/residential gym equipment installation, delivery, relocation, repair and maintenance needs for all gym facilities, studios, and home gyms. We currently service the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro area. No gym facility is too big or small and are here to keep fitness equipment and gymnasiums running at their best. We know the importance of a healthy active lifestyle not just from servicing equipment but from being an avid fitness competitors.

Carlos Rivera

I started in this industry at the age of 17 working for a company and had the opportunity to learn this trait from some mentors that I will always be grateful to. Unfortunately, after working for almost a decade with them, the company shut down and we all lost our jobs. Even though I was still at a young age of 26, I decided to open my own company in 2005 and Pro-Tech Fitness, LLC was started. During this time, I had just became a first time father and it couldn't have been a great time to decide run my own business and be able to be there for my daughter. To date, Pro-Tech has prospered as well as made it through some economic downfalls but we are proud to continue to serve our customers with the utmost care. Servicing and Repair on Fitness equipment is all I know and I am proud to have mastered this trait throughout my working career and provide my knowledge in assisting our customers while providing the best customer service.
